Absolute Path / Server Path Script
Let’s say that you are installing a script. Somewhere you have to supply a full server path to a directory you have created. If you don’t know the full server path to the specific directory, you could contact your host and ask them for the full server path to your Home directory. But how if you need an immediate support and your host was lack of support?
If your hosting support PHP, you could run this little script to know the Absolute Path of your hosting/server path, Just copy this script in any text editor and save as : “anything.php”
Here’s the script:
$path = getcwd();
echo "Your Absoluthe Path is: ";
echo $path;
?>
Then upload the file to your root folder, and browse the file, now you got the path 
Note: A full server path is the full path to a specific directory
